Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive I to engage Medicare seniors in the local community and convert them into patients. You will drive growth through events, outreach campaigns, and close collaboration with the CRM and outreach teams.

Fluency in Spanish is preferred, and strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills are essential. US work authorization is required for this full-time role in the United States.

• Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by engaging Medicare seniors through events and local outreach.
• Maintain CRM knowledge and participate in meetings to learn updates on services and initiatives.
• Prospect and cold call to leads and new opportunities; engage through email, phone and networking.
• Nurture prospective patients and pursue new patients with an ambitious mindset.
• Collaborate with CRM, other Outreach Executives, and managers to drive local lead generation.
