Archer, in collaboration with Verisk, is seeking a Lien Specialist to manage intake and setup of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Part D, and Medicaid referrals. You will review, analyze, and dispute correspondence from recovery contractors, serving as the primary client contact with professional communication and timely responses.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years’ experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Detail oriented, organized, and quality focused.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Intake incoming referrals into claims system, including follow-up of incomplete referrals for missing information.
• Comprehensive review, analysis and dispute of assigned Conditional Payment correspondence.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients with written and verbal communication.
