Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Verisk, seeks an Implementation Specialist to lead Medicare reporting solution deployments across client environments. You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical teams, guiding configuration, data integrations, and production rollout from planning through go-live.

The role requires strong client-facing and project management skills, plus hands-on API, JSON/XML, and data mapping experience.

Qualifications

3+ years in software implementation, systems integration, or related field.
Experience in a technology or SaaS environment with client-facing expectations.
Ability to interpret API documentation and drive integration success.
Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven project management skills with the ability to balance multiple implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead client implementations from kickoff to production, managing requirements, timelines and deliverables.
Serve as primary implementation contact, building relationships with stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Support and Operations to align on requirements.
Configure integrations, map data and support testing and production readiness.
Document decisions, test results and best practices for future projects.
