You will manage lien resolution, draft correspondence, upload documents, audit claims, and maintain case progress in our database. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Legal/insurance background not required, but a plus.
• Experience handling data in MS Office and databases is helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve mass tort healthcare liens; assist with lien resolution and negotiation.
• Draft outbound correspondence and upload documents to our database.
• Audit medical claims itemizations and investigate discrepancies.
• Follow QC checklists and document steps clearly.
• Communicate with lien agencies via phone and email.
• Follow up on files and escalate when needed.
• Organize and track case progress in systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
