Verisk Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Lien Specialist in Woburn, MA to manage file intake and setup for Medicare and Medicaid referrals, review and dispute conditional payment correspondence, and serve as the primary client contact. You will deliver professional communication and timely responses in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes independent work within a team, strong customer service, and proficient Microsoft Office use as part of daily responsibilities.

Competenze

• 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role or entry-level capabilities.
• Detail oriented, organized, and quality focused.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Mansioni

• Intake incoming referrals into claims system and follow up on incomplete referrals for missing information.
• Perform comprehensive review, analysis and dispute of assigned Conditional Payment correspondence.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients; communicate via written and verbal channels.
