Job summary

Senior Benefit Services, Inc. in O'Fallon, IL, is seeking independent agents to build their own business with SBS support. You may begin with an existing client block and access to 50+ carriers, mentorship, and exclusive lead opportunities.

You will meet with Medicare-eligible individuals, educate on Advantage and Supplement plans, and grow your book through referrals and ongoing client service. SBS provides strong systems and weekly training.

Qualifications

• Insurance license not required to apply
• Must obtain appropriate licensing before contracting
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Sales, customer service, healthcare, education, hospitality, or insurance experience is helpful but not required
• Desire to learn, grow, and help others

Responsibilities

• Meet with Medicare-eligible individuals and seniors to help them evaluate their insurance options
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Life Insurance, and other health protection products
• Build trusted relationships through consultative conversations
• Service existing clients and assist with policy reviews, renewals, and coverage questions
• Leverage company-provided leads and client opportunities to grow your book of business
• Develop referral relationships within your community
• Build a long-term residual income stream through client retention and ongoing service
