Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills with empathy.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Individual Health Plan products.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Able to pass MVR and Health Care Sanctions background checks.

Responsibilities

• Proactive outreach to current members, onboarding calls and retention outreach.
• Conduct benefit meetings and orientation sessions for new members.
• Contact at-risk members with outbound retention calls.
• Handle inbound calls about benefits, coverage, or renewals.
• Build partnerships with community organizations to support retention.
• Coordinate wellness activities and member engagement events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service for smooth transitions.
• Communicate the value of benefits and maintain accurate member records.
• Monitor retention trends and prepare retention materials.
