Job summary

My Senior Health Plan in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to guide seniors through Medicare decisions with warmth and professionalism. You’ll be the friendly voice during enrollment and ongoing support, ensuring clients feel informed and confident every step of the way.

You’ll handle phone and email inquiries, verify and enroll applicants, and maintain accurate CRM records. Experience in customer service, strong communication, and a positive attitude will help you

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or administrative experience, or an associate degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable learning new technology and CRM systems.
• Positive attitude and passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer support by phone and email.
• Answering client questions with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy.
• Conducting verification, enrollment, and follow‑up calls.
• Processing insurance applications and maintaining accurate client records in our CRM HubSpot.
• Tracking application status and coordinating with insurance carriers to ensure timely service.
• Preparing enrollment materials and client documentation.
• Supporting our licensed agents and sales team with client outreach and administrative tasks.
• Creating a positive, stress‑free experience for every client interaction.
