Job summary

Gold Coast Health Plan is seeking a Medicare D-SNP sales professional to drive enrollment growth across Ventura County communities. You will visit provider offices, partner sites, and community events to educate and enroll eligible beneficiaries.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, meeting sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of D-SNP products and CMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active CA Health Insurance License required.
• Active Medicare AHIP Certification required.
• Minimum of three years of Medicare sales experience.
• At least one year experience with the Medi-Cal program.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and outreach strategy to maximize membership growth, including meeting enrollment goals.
• Develop relationships with providers, community groups, and referral sources to support enrollment growth.
• Conduct field visits to offices and partner locations to strengthen relationships and identify enrollment opportunities.
• Perform outbound calls and respond to inquiries to close enrollments and support retention.
