Job summary

Humana is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents for a field-based role rooted in local communities. You will educate individuals about Humana’s Medicare plans and additional offerings, building trust through in-person visits and community events.

You will operate with iPads and multiple platforms to enroll members and maintain records. This remote field position requires residency in the designated territory, a valid driver’s license, and a strong commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active health insurance license or ability to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to use iPad, mobile apps, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Differentiate: Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing and community events.
• Grow: Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market.
• Leverage Technology: Use iPads and digital platforms to support consultations, enrollments, CRM updates, and follow-up.
