Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a field-based sales professional in Florida to drive enrollment in Advantage Medicare products. You will identify prospective enrollees, explain benefits, and complete enrollment processes with families and caregivers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years in marketing, sales, or community relations (preferred in Medicare). A valid state license is required at hire, and Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years marketing, sales or community relations experience including previous managed care experience, preferably in Medicare.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Specific language skills by some plans may be required.
• State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License Upon Hire required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coverage and develop market penetration for all products to present and prospective accounts in assigned territory.
• Distribute health education materials and arrange for health screenings.
• Provide Facilitated Enrollment and assist with recertification.
• Attend meetings, training programs and events; complete applications accurately and timely.
• Develop a presence in the local community to generate enrollments and conduct home visits as needed.
• Market Advantage on-site at hospitals, senior centers, and community events.
• Stay informed about marketing activity guidelines and competitive conditions.
