Qualifications

• 1+ years marketing, sales or community relations experience including managed care experience (Medicare preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; language needs vary by plan.
• State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License required upon hire; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for Advantage Medicare.
• Develop a local presence to generate enrollments and conduct home visits as needed.
• Market Advantage at hospitals, senior centers, and community events.
• Explain benefits, apply policies, and assist with enrollment and disenrollment.
• Complete applications accurately and submit required reports.
• Attend meetings and training; stay compliant with marketing guidelines.
