Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ years marketing, sales or community relations experience including previous managed care experience, preferably in Medicare.
• State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License.
• Upon Hire required: Current state driver's license.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred: Specific language skills by some plans may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coverage and develop market penetration for all products to present and prospective accounts in assigned territory.
• Provide education and assistance to Medicare individuals to improve access to health insurance.
• Distribute health education materials and arrange health screenings; facilitate enrollment processes.
• Develop a local community presence through hospitals, senior centers and events; conduct home visits as needed.
