Job summary

Centene Corporation in Florida is seeking a field-based Medicare Advantage sales representative to cover the assigned territory. You will identify prospective enrollees, educate on benefits, conduct home visits and enroll members to help access health care.

Travel up to 75% and participate in outreach at hospitals, senior centers, and community events. Strong communication and drive are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ years marketing, sales or community relations experience including managed care, preferably in Medicare.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License required upon hire.
• Current driver's license required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coverage and develop market penetration for Advantage Medicare in assigned territory.
• Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for participation in Advantage Medicare.
• Develop a presence in the local community to generate enrollments.
• Conduct home visits and personalized appointments to complete enrollment.
• Market Advantage on-site at hospitals, senior centers and community events.
• Assist members in accessing health care and related services.
• Complete applications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings.
