Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years marketing, sales or community relations experience including previous managed care experience, preferably in Medicare.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; language skills may be required by some plans.
• State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License Upon Hire required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for participation in the Advantage Medicare product.
• Develop a presence in the local community to help generate enrollments.
• Conduct home visits and personalized appointments to complete enrollment.
• Market Advantage on-site at hospitals, senior centers, and community events.
• Assist members in accessing healthcare, transportation needs and related services.
• Attend sales meetings, training programs, conventions and special events.
• Submit applications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Comply with policies and standards.
