Job summary

Humana's MarketPoint Career Channel team is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents. This field-based role requires you to live in the designated territory and work under a Senior Manager and Regional Director who are committed to your success.

Deliver Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings through face-to-face interactions, grassroots marketing, and in-home visits; build trust, educate, and expand Humana's presence in your community while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and community events.
• Valid state driver's license with personal vehicle liability insurance.
• Experience using iPads, mobile apps and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Differentiate: Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing and in-home visits.
• Grow: Drive self-generated sales and expand Humana's presence in the market.
• Leverage Technology: Use iPads and CRM for enrollments, documentation, and follow-up.
