Job summary

Humana is seeking Medicare Sales Field Agents to cover Lake and McHenry Counties and the Northern Chicago territory. You’ll be in the field daily, meeting prospects at home or in community settings, educating them on Medicare Advantage and related products, and driving sales through local relationships.

The role requires living in the designated territory, being comfortable with face‑to‑face interactions, and maintaining a driver’s license and vehicle insurance for travels to events and member

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face interactions in members’ homes and community events.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings.
• Create meaningful, face‑to‑face connections through grassroots marketing and community events.
• Drive self‑generated sales and expand Humana’s presence in the market by building relationships in the community.
