Job summary

Humana is hiring Medicare Sales Field Agents to cover Lake and McHenry Counties and the Northern Chicago area. This field-based role requires living in the designated territory and visiting members in homes and at events to educate and enroll in Medicare Advantage plans and other Humana offerings.

The position includes base pay plus commission and requires a valid driver’s license and a health insurance license.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.
• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory as listed in this job posting.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at community events, and engaging with the community.
• Valid state driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance meeting state minimums.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and offerings.
• Differentiate: Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, events, and in-home visits.
• Grow: Drive self-generated sales and expand Humana's presence in the market.
