Job summary

Humana Inc. in Illinois seeks a Medicare Sales Field Agent to educate members about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional coverages, delivering in-person service through community events, home visits, and local outreach.

This remote, field-based role covers Gurnee and Waukegan territories; you will generate self-driven sales, meet targets, and represent Humana with a focus on service and trust, with travel to offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Differentiate: Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Grow: Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market.
