Job summary

Humana is seeking Medicare Sales Field Agents to cover Lake and McHenry Counties and the Northern Chicago territory. The role is field-based, requiring daily in-person interactions in the community, events, and member homes.

You will collaborate with a team and report to a Senior Manager and Regional Director. Responsibilities include educating individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage, and driving self-generated sales to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Experience in face‑to‑face community engagement and sales.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and offerings.
• Create meaningful, face‑to‑face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in‑home visits.
• Drive self‑generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market by building relationships in your community.
