Job summary

Humana is seeking Medicare Sales Field Agents to cover Lake and McHenry Counties and the Northern Chicago territory. You will live in the designated area and work with a team of 8–12 agents under a Senior Manager and Regional Director.

In this field-based role you’ll educate individuals on Medicare Advantage and add-on offerings, build relationships through community events and in-home visits, and drive local sales while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Comfortable with daily in-person interactions in members' homes, community events, and engagement with the community through service, retail environments, organizations, volunteer work, or local events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, as required by state).

Responsibilities

• Educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Build trust and educate through grassroots marketing, community events, and in‑home visits—providing a personalized experience.
• Drive self‑generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market by building relationships in your community.
