Job summary

Humana is seeking a Medicare Sales Field Agent to cover the North Chicago territory including Evanston, Waukegan, Skokie and surrounding areas. This field-based role requires residence in the designated territory and travel within the community to build relationships and educate prospective members on Humana’s Medicare plans.

You’ll work with a small team under leadership to meet performance goals, with opportunities for growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory as listed in this job posting.
• Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face interactions in members' homes and events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state minimums.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Differentiate: Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing and in-home visits.
• Grow: Drive self-generated sales and expand Humana's market presence in the community.
