Job summary

Star Benefit Associates, part of Integrity, seeks a Medicare Sales Agent in Indianapolis to help seniors navigate Medicare options. This role balances consultative sales with CMS compliance and education, enrolling clients in plans during Annual Election Periods.

You’ll work in a team-focused environment, leveraging CRM tools, handling complex enrollments, and building a referral-based pipeline with a commitment to service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Medicare Sales required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree helpful.
• Compassion and Patience: explain complex government health insurance terms clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Needs-Based Assessment with Medicare-eligible individuals.
• Present and enroll clients in Medicare Advantage, Part D and Medigap plans.
• Build a pipeline of client referrals through service, community outreach and events.
• Manage Annual Election Period reviews and enrollments (Oct 15 – Dec 7).
• Maintain strict compliance with CMS marketing guidelines and licensing requirements.
