Job summary

Coast-Professional, Inc. in Winchester, Kentucky, seeks a Customer Service Representative Trainer to design and deliver CMS regulation training for Medicare/Medicaid beneficiaries. Based in our Winchester call center, you will empower CSRs to provide accurate, empathetic, and compliant support.

The Trainer will lead programs, assess impact, and ensure CSRs stay current. Starting pay is $15.38/hour plus $5.42 health and welfare; training occurs first 2 weeks with 7:00–15:30 or 16:00–24:30 shifts,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ months of call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets preferred.
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls with patience and tact.
• Enter data into the computer database as required using scripts.
• Attend meetings and trainings to stay current on regulations and policies.
• Escalate calls to supervisor when needed and maintain confidentiality.
• Track call data for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide feedback to improve training and call handling.
• Contribute to a flexible, team-based work environment.
• Support attainment of team and operational goals.
