Integrity is seeking an Agent Support Specialist to provide expert service and operational support to insurance agents, handling inquiries about carriers, contracting, certification, commissions, and client needs.

You will manage multiple inboxes, respond promptly, and conduct welcome calls with new agents, guiding them to available resources and support services. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in this fast-paced, cross-functional role.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional verbal and written support to agents, agencies, and insurance carriers.
• Manage multiple email inboxes and respond to inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Answer incoming calls, return voicemails, and resolve questions in a timely manner.
• Conduct welcome calls with newly contracted agents and introduce them to resources.
• Assist agents with complex service and operational issues.
• Troubleshoot agent, client, and carrier-related concerns and work toward resolutions.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to facilitate issue resolution and improve outcomes.
• Support agents with Medicare carrier certifications, contracting processes, and carrier website navigation.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Medicare products, carrier processes, and company systems.
• Utilize Excel, Word, Outlook, and other systems to maintain records and create reports.
• Partner with team members to ensure a positive experience for agents and stakeholders.
• Maintain organization, accuracy, and attention to detail while managing priorities and deadlines.
