Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Specialist in Johnstown, PA. You will assist Medicare-eligible clients by reviewing medications and care needs, coordinating with licensed agents, and scheduling appointments for the upcoming plan year.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of Medicare experience, a PA Health & Life Producer License, and basic Microsoft Office skills. The role combines in-person and telephonic client interactions to support the sales team.

Review client information to support Medicare plan option identification.
Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and community resources.
Stay current on Medicare guidelines and carrier updates using office tools.
