Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming Medicare Supplement calls and another LOB line of business.
• Place outgoing calls to provide or obtain information.
• Document all calls using the online documentation program.
• Transfer misdirected calls to the appropriate department.
• Process customer requests using internal procedures and client mandates.
• Produce correspondence to customers using approved letters.
• Fully document policy files or imaging systems to leave a clear audit trail.
• Efficiently process Bank Changes, Cancel NR, Death NR, Address Changes and ID Cards.
