Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Medical Writer to support the development of scientifically accurate content across multiple formats. Under guidance, you will translate complex clinical data into clear, evidence-based materials and progressively take on more responsibility as you grow in the role.

Both new and experienced writers will receive structured guidance; experienced writers will operate with greater independence while maintaining high standards and timely delivery in collaboration

Qualifications

• Doctoral-level degree in life sciences (PhD/PharmD/MD).
• Strong interest in medical writing and scientific communication.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time-management skills with ability to balance multiple projects.
• Familiarity with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneNote, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with AMA style and reference tools (EndNote).
• Prior medical writing experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise scientific content including slide decks, manuscripts, and training materials.
• Interpret clinical data and translate findings into clear written content and visuals.
• Follow AMA style and client guidelines.
• Conduct literature searches and organize references.
• Participate in internal and client meetings to support content discussions.
• Capture accurate notes and action items from meetings.
• Incorporate feedback from reviewers.
• Communicate clearly with teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain 85% billable utilization with manager guidance.
