Job summary

BioTalent partners with a learning and development agency to design and build engaging training experiences for pharma and life sciences clients. We’re seeking Medical Writers or Instructional Designers who can write and design across eLearning, virtual and in-person training, onboarding, and performance support.

You’ll work with clients on custom projects, balancing scientific accuracy with creativity, and deliver polished learning materials under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required.
• Strong eye for accuracy and detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and ambiguous briefs.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.
• Bonus: graphic design experience with Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop.
