Responsibilities include literature reviews, drafting resources (flashcards, leave-behinds, training materials), meeting timelines, and supporting promotional medical education.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences required.
• BA/BS in English with 2+ years experience in a pharmaceutical agency, medical communications company or healthcare advertising.
• Minimum 1 year of medical writing experience in a pharmaceutical agency, medical communications company or healthcare advertising.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality, medically accurate content in print or digital formats.
• Deliver projects per established timelines.
• Conduct literature reviews and develop annotations to support promotional claims in medical education and marketing resources.
• Ensure professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with account teams to refine content per strategic imperatives.
• Communicate medical content with internal teams and pharmaceutical clients as needed.
• Attend medical, legal, regulatory review meetings as necessary.
• Participate in internal team meetings and project kick-offs.
• Provide ideas for tactical planning within assigned accounts.
• Uphold PRECISION Principles (Client Service, Purpose, Accountability, Mutual Respect and Collaboration).
