DevsData LLC is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join its internal learning team, focused on turning training requests into finished learning content for a pharmaceutical company. The team handles quick, well-defined work, while a separate group works on larger programs.

You will own learning requests from brief to final asset, creating short e-learning modules, microlearning, job aids, and updates under tight deadlines with AI-assisted tools.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning content development.
• Senior or lead-level ownership of learning projects.
• Strong command of adult learning theory.
• Hands-on use of ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent frameworks.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of learning deliverables.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Ability to learn new software quickly, including AI-assisted tools.
• Track record of delivering several assets in parallel on short timelines.
• Ability to quality-check your own work to a senior standard.
• Availability to work hours overlapping with a US-based team.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Maintain documentation and version control for all deliverables.

We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to join the internal learning team of a pharmaceutical company. The team turns training requests from across the business into finished learning content. This role sits in a small group that handles quick, well-defined work, while a separate team takes on larger programs.

You will take learning requests from first brief to finished asset. That means short e-learning modules, microlearning, job aids, and updates to existing courses, often on tight deadlines and with AI-assisted tools. The ideal candidate works independently from loose briefs, checks their own work carefully, and enjoys trying out new tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning content development

• Hands-on use of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent
