Job summary

Prominence Advisors and WLH Consulting & Learning Solutions in the life sciences sector seeks an Associate Instructional Designer to craft engaging learning solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This full-time, remote role supports WLH’s learning needs across a team of life sciences professionals.

You will design a range of learning solutions, including live training, workshops, and eLearning, and produce materials from storyboards to scripts.

Qualifications

• Design experience for live training, workshops, virtual training, eLearning, and media.
• Ability to write and edit scripts and storyboards for varied learning solutions.
• Experience with gomo learning and Articulate Rise/Storyline.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word and Excel; capable with media files.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions for life sciences clients across formats.
• Create and update presentations, diagrams, run-of-show agendas, and scripts.
• Build eLearning content using authoring tools such as gomo and Articulate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine learning options.
• Manage multiple projects and archive project files securely.
