Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart in Stow, OH is hiring a Loader/Unloader to perform heavy, physical work at our medical waste transfer station. You will load and unload trucks, weigh waste with the weighbridge, and prepare orders while keeping a clean, safe work area.

This full-time role offers consistent hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with shift changes) and benefits from day one. A strong work ethic and team attitude are required to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in labor-intensive or warehouse environments preferred.
• Comfort with repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and can-do attitude; dependable and punctual.
• Team-oriented and reliable in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling medical waste and sharps containers.
• Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using the weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
