Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart in Stow, OH is hiring a Loader/Unloader to perform heavy, physical work at our medical waste transfer station. You will load and unload trucks, weigh waste with the weighbridge, and prepare orders while keeping a clean, safe work area.

This full-time role offers consistent hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with shift changes) and benefits from day one. A strong work ethic and team attitude are required to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

What will your job involve?

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers
• Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shift
• Push and maneuverfour-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs
• Weigh incoming waste using ourWeighbridge system
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule
