Daniels Health is hiring a Loader/Unloader for our Stow, OH medical waste transfer station. This is a physical, fast-paced role focused on keeping healthcare facilities running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, weighing waste, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. You should enjoy hands-on work, lifting 50–75 lb containers, and working with a team on tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in labor-intensive or warehouse environments.
• Comfort with repetitive heavy lifting.
• Strong work ethic and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily.
• Lift 50-75 lb containers repeatedly.
• Push and maneuver carts up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste with the weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack and stage outgoing orders.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep transports on schedule.
