Daniels Health & Sharpsmart in Utah is seeking a Loader/Unloader for our medical waste treatment facility. The role involves loading/unloading, checking paperwork, moving containers, and operating a forklift to load an autoclave.

We value practical problem-solving and reliability. You must be able to lift 50+ pounds, work safely with PPE around medical waste, and be willing to pass a 5-panel drug screen and a 7-year background check.

Qualifications

• Experience in a labor-intensive, warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing role.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds safely and repeatedly.
• Proven reliability and tenure with previous employers.
• Comfortable around medical and universal waste with PPE.
• Willingness to pass a 5 panel urine drug screening.
• Willingness to undergo a 7 year background check.
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights.
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems.
• Proven longevity with prior employers.
• "Can-do" attitude and commitment to safe, efficient work.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and trailers on site and ensure transports are prepared timely.
• Prepare and pack customer orders for transport.
• Move trucks and perform housekeeping duties.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Engage in manual handling and labor-related tasks.
• Adhere to safety codes and conduct.
