Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), HTL(ASCP) or CT(ASCP) certification or equivalent.
• Licensure/certification required for medical laboratory personnel.
• Experience in a fast-paced clinical lab environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures quality, safety, and accreditation standards (CAP, AABB, TJC) are consistently met.
• Tracks and resolves process issues, verifies data accuracy before reporting results to medical records.
• Assigns tasks and assists in workload management to ensure timely completion by staff.
• Participates in writing and reviewing policies and procedures.
• Performs competency assessments to ensure staff meet accreditation requirements over time.

Bachelor's Degree & ASCP certifications (MT/MLS/HTL/CT)
