Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of CAP, TJC, OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and document corrective actions for non-conforming events.
Prepare reagents, maintain supplies, and manage inventory to reduce waste.
Exercise clinical judgment to prioritize and troubleshoot test systems with appropriate departments.
Review and revise procedures to comply with accreditation and regulatory requirements (CAP, TJC, OSHA).
Maintain clear shift communications with leadership about issues affecting patient care or operations.
Participate in planning and implementing department changes and projects.
Participate in competency assessment where qualified.
