• Exercises clinical judgment to prioritize and troubleshoot test systems through the proper channels.
• Maintains regulatory compliance with authorities such as CAP, TJC and OSHA.
• Maintains clear real-time communication with shift leadership about issues affecting patient care or operations.
• Participates in staff meetings, task forces, and projects to implement changes.
• Participates in competency assessment programs where qualified.
