Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Medical Technology or related science with professional certification (MT/ASCP) or equivalent
• 6 years of clinical lab experience is required
• Current NYS license preferred (MT/ASCP desired)

Responsibilities

• Analyze patient blood samples using moderately complex methods and instrumentation.
• Report results and maintain accurate laboratory documentation.
• Adhere to safety, QC/QA, and calibration protocols.
• Possibly perform bone marrow procedures and blood collection.
• Maintain a clean, compliant laboratory and support multidisciplinary team.
