Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology and 4 years of relevant clinical laboratory experience.
• Master's degree in related field and 2 years relevant lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides higher level support for the laboratory, including testing, QA development, and SOPs.
• Performs testing and complex interpretation of results.
• Trains other technologists on new methods/instruments and ensures compliance with practices.
• Maintains documentation for technical, IT, quality, and safety information.
• Maintains and troubleshoots laboratory instruments.
