Responsibilities

• Prepares and analyzes patient samples using current laboratory methods and instrumentation.
• Performs instrument maintenance and preventative calibration as scheduled.
• Maintains daily quality control and adheres to safety and QA protocols.
• Communicates results and issues clearly to internal and external clients.
• Assists in training of technologists, technicians, and residents.
• Helps supervise supply inventory and assists with procedure updates.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.
