Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological/Physical Sciences or Medical Laboratory Science, required.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required.
• Pennsylvania Market: minimum of 6 years core lab experience; Act 33 and Act 73 clearances within last 5 years or obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Performs tests in all areas of the laboratory following established protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation.
• Collects and processes specimens; performs QC and troubleshooting to ensure proper instrument function.
• Follows safety practices, maintains documentation, and supports patient care within license scope.
