Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological/Physical Sciences or Medical Laboratory Science is required.
• Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross is required.
• Minimum of 6 years core lab experience for Pennsylvania market is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks and tests in all areas of the laboratory according to protocols and regulations.
• Collects and processes specimens.
• Performs quality control and preventive maintenance to ensure proper instrument function.
• Delivers and validates test results and assists with troubleshooting.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and infection control standards.
