Advocate Health is seeking a Medical Technologist to join the 3rd shift at 60131 WI ACL Laboratories - AMC Hartford. You will perform and monitor tests, ensure quality control, and support education for staff in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires MT/MLS certification within 1 year or AMT MT certification, and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology. Night shifts are 10 hours with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology or related field.
• Certification as MT/MLS within 1 year or AMT MT certification within 1 year.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high acuity workloads.

Mansioni

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests per protocols and adjusts workflow.
• Evaluates results for clinical significance and reports findings per policy.
• Maintains calibration and repair of instruments and ensures QA/QC.
• Label specimens correctly and collect from patients per protocol.
