Job summary

Lobby Co. is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to drive sales in the San Antonio or Austin area. You will promote innovative medical technology, engage with healthcare providers, and deliver tailored solutions to improve patient outcomes in the OR.

The role involves creating and executing territory sales plans, building strong clinician partnerships, and educating staff on products. You will analyze market trends and collaborate across teams to maximize customer satisfaction and sales

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical technology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills for sales performance and market analysis.
