Responsibilities

• Supervise Medical Support Assistants and plan/direct their work
• Coordinate within Interdisciplinary Coordinate Care delivery models
• Set and adjust short-term priorities; prepare schedules
• Identify training needs and arrange/lead training
• Review work and analyze reports; conduct staff meetings
• Address patient scheduling issues and serve as primary contact for patient concerns
• Manage data collection and provide data-driven insights
• May travel to other VA campuses as needed
