Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Medical Support Specialist to provide routine medical procedures under clinician supervision and support registration, referral management, and front/back office tasks. You will play a key role in delivering efficient patient care and a positive experience within a fast-paced center.

The role requires performing DOT/Non-DOT testing, aiding clinicians, managing documentation, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while supporting patient flow and center operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with externship preferred.
• Or at least 1 year of direct patient care as MA or military medical specialist.
• Must meet state credentials for employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Prepare patients for physical exams and basic testing.
• Assist providers during examination and treatment.
• Handle routine medical procedures and triage patients.
• Maintain supplies, room cleanliness and equipment.
• Handle front/back office duties and patient documentation.
