Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently licensed or certified in IA for EMT-B/EMT-A/EMT-I/EMT-P, LPN/LVN, or RN.
• CPR and AED certification valid.
• Fulfill state IV therapy requirements.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent and medical history.
• Manage donor adverse events and physical examinations.
• Review laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable results.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on medical issues.
• Support vaccinations programs and environmental, health and safety guidance.
