Job summary

Laurel Ridge Treatment Center is seeking a Medical Supply Coordinator to manage inventory of medical and nursing supplies in central supply and other designated areas. You will develop weekly orders and monitor supply utilization to keep nursing operations well-supported.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with SOPs, maintaining reorder point information, restocking units, verifying receipts and invoices, and collaborating with leadership to meet budget and readiness targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with nursing and medical supplies in long-term care or healthcare.
• Working knowledge of inventory management tools, online purchasing system, Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical and nursing supplies inventory in central supply and designated areas.
• Develop and place weekly orders; monitor and report on supply utilization to nursing and administration.
• Ensure proper receipt of shipments and verify invoices for correct pricing.
